This is a well maintained campground with friendly and helpful staff at check in, who made sure we had just the site we wanted. Wide concrete access roads, some sites are concrete and some are gravel, which are alway raked after each site is vacated. There is a trash pick up each morning from your site. Very big rig friendly, our site was very wide, plenty of space for a 40 foot motor home and towed, as well as a picnic table. Very quiet, lots of space around the RV, views are limited, but from our motor home we could see the mountains. The laundry is huge and has plenty of washers and dryers, but a little on the expensive side to use. The bathrooms are spotless. There is a dog walk with pick up bags and a dog wash too. WiFi and cell are good. Restaurants and Wal-Mart are a few miles away in Truth or Consequences. The new owner is making lots of improvements, new landscaping which will be wonderful when a little more mature and will give more privacy around your site, a new pool and rec. room are still to come. However, from a motor home perspective the new owner has not always taken advantage of the locations views of the surrounding mountains, with very few of the sites affording motor homes any sort of view. We would stay here again. Rate reflects Passport America and Good Sam discounts. This is a great place to stay at a great price. We camped here in a Motorhome.
