Rate reflects monthly rate. This place is awesome, the staff could not be any friendlier. Whoever laid out the park did an excellent job, big sites, wide streets, great power, good water pressure. The only complaint would be that they need more bandwidth and maybe another repeater, BUT all in all a great park. We had a group of 28 people, 14 rigs all 40 feet or better here for a week. Not one complaint. We will definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
